TULLE…It’s Not Just for Weddings Anymore!
Though tulle has been around since the 1700’s, it’s been mainly used for wedding dresses and veils. Not anymore! It is now time to start decorating and costuming with Tulle! BirthdayExpress carries 14 different colors, in 6” and 12” wide x 25 yard rolls. The possibilities are endless!
I have a personal love for tulle which started with my wedding, wrapping almonds in tulle.
It continued with the birth of my little girl, discovering that I could make those cute tulle hair bows to match ALL of her outfits!
And the list of things to make with tulle goes on and on, from PomPom bows to scrunchies, plant base and vase covers, gift wrapping, wrap around banisters, gift basket covers, ties for balloons, chair ties, wreaths, curtain tie backs, and table runners to name just a few!
Then there’s costuming ideas…like when my daughter wanted to be a bride…
And last year I made this cute tulle tutu for Guido’s Black Swan costume.
Yes, the possibilities are endless, and with BirthdayExpress, YOU can make it yourself!
