Rocking Out With a Yo Gabba Gabba Party!
Yo Gabba Gabba is all about music, dancing, and partying! DJ Lance Rock and friends know how to have a great time, and with BirthdayExpress.com’s Yo Gabba Gabba Party Packs, you and your kids are sure to have a great time too. Muno, Foofa, Brobee, Toodee, and Plex are all featured on these party supplies and decorations, and they would all love to come over and join the party. For our collection of Yo Gabba Gabba party tips and ideas, keep reading on!
Make Some Mark’s Magic Pictures!
Mark loves drawing pictures on Yo Gabba Gabba, and the party guests will love drawing pictures with each other. Put out some crayons and markers (washable, please!), a big stack of paper, and let the kids go nuts! If you want, assemble them on the wall as part of a magnificent magic mural – or cut out the middle man and start with a big roll of paper already taped to the wall!
Yo Gabba Gabba Cupcakes!
Credit to Tea With Friends for the cute cupcake photo above. The best about the Yo Gabba Gabba characters is that their simple shapes are easy for anyone to form out of fondant. Or, if you choose to follow the recipes on Nick Jr., you can use soft candy like Laffy Taffy or Air Heads.
Dancey Dance Time!
Dancey Dance Time is one of the most beloved segments on the show, so why not reenact it for the party? Unfortunately Plex won’t able to actually teleport any celebrities into your living room to dance along with the kids, but don’t let that stop you. Throw on some favorite tunes and jam out! (This can also be a great way for kids to burn off some excess energy.)
Yo Gabba Gabba Printables!
Nick Jr. has plenty of great, free printable activities on their site here. From coloring pages to fun pencil-and-paper games, there’s tons of entertainment. There are even ideas for easy Yo Gabba Gabba arts and crafts, like the Gabba Paper Fortune Teller. The only limit is your imagination!
As always, be sure to let us know how the party goes! If you have photos or fun stories, feel free to share them with us on Facebook or Twitter!
